I don't need to sing the praises of UDPP - it is somewhat legendary by now. I do however find that I need to layer a MAC paint or Bobbi Brown Longwear cream Shadow over it before my eyeshadow, to keep it lasting all day. This comes with the new angled doe foot applicator, so in time we'll see if that helps with the issues everyone has with the bottle shape.
The mini skyscraper mascara - I haven't tried this yet as I have too many others to get through first. It gets great reviews from Pursebuzz and Pinkiecharm on Youtube, so I'm quietly confident about this.
The 24/7 eyeliner pencil in Zero is a mini one. I actually have issues with this pencil smudging even if I set it with eyeshadow, but on the plus side, it is soft and dark.
The Timothy Pocket Rocket lipgloss - I think the packaging of the full size Pocket Rockets are very novel, if gimmicky. It looks a lovely corally red in the tube, and gives lips a pretty tint. I think I read somewhere that it is supposed to smell something like creme brulee. It does a bit, but in quite a chemical, artificial way. It is a very strong scent and I'm not keen on it, but I'm not someone who gets really put off by scents.
I tried the mini Lipstick in Midnight Cowboy and found it very hard to get any colour to show on my lips. It gives a pretty sheen, but little else on me.
This set was GBP12 (usual price GBP18) at House of Fraser and a regular-sized UDPP is GBP11, so this was great for one 60% bigger which will last me forever. The rest I consider added extras - the lipstick and lipgloss were dinky enough to go straight into my purse and the 24/7 eyeliner will tide me over whilst I look for one I prefer (MUFE perhaps?). I'm looking forward to trying the mascara based upon the positive reviews. Overall, I'm pleased with this set.
